Becoming an alpha male is important for good deal of guys out there. You know that guy. The top dog. The guy that always gets what he wants. The guy that catches the eye of every girl he runs across.
Some guys just behave like jerks to other people to show that they have "social proof. "  They take every minor success as an opportunity to boast about their pathetic life.
You do not want to do what these jerks are doing.
These men are definitely not alpha males. They only demonstrate how dumb they are for acceptance.
The true alpha guys do not need to prove themselves to anyone. They just do their own thing without caring about what others think. They live life on their own terms and certainly don't care if everyone thinks of them as "alpha. "
To become an alpha male, stop trying to impress other people and just follow your own path. Stop doing all that idiotic stuff to try and prove yourself to others. Real alpha men don't need to prove themselves to anyone because they've already learned to accept themselves.
Okay, now the practical stuff.
Start taking initiative in your daily life. Instead of waiting for other people to decide things, practice being the first to pick something for them. Do not even worry about whether or not the decision is that critical . Simply make a decision. A lot of people just do not feel comfortable making decisions for other people and wait for someone else to do it. Plus you can avoid those ten minute "I don't know, what do you want?" discussions. Taking charge of a situation is easy, and most people will just blindly fall in line behind you.
Begin thinking about what your passions in life are. What are your life goals?  Who or what are you becoming?  Alpha males have sturdy values. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself when you need to defend those values. But do not be overly willing to start a fight or start arguing with others.Adopt the belief that you can solve things calmly but don't shy away from defending yourself if someone pushes things too far. Once you understand this, confidence and alpha male behaviors will just automatically flow from you. Once you know what your life is about there is no longer any reason to be nervous and awkward.
Stop trying so hard to look like you are an "alpha male. Simply develop your inner values and you'll automatically become less neurotic and more in control. The True alpha men do not care about how everyone else sees them, so neither should you.
