What Attracts Men

These days, it can be as difficult as it ever was to figure out what helps a woman attract a man. In fact, women ask that question all the time, regardless of their age or experience. The question can also affect how well dating can carry on, because important clues get missed. When that happens, a potential relationship never gets a chance to bloom. However, women can take more than a few steps in getting men to become attracted to them.

Women need to know that almost all men appreciate women who like a good joke or can laugh at something that's funny. They're instantly put more at ease, and can even come to think of the woman as somebody with whom they can have fun. All men like that.

Also, men like to know that something they may feel really passionate about can be appreciated by a woman, even if that thing is something she'd normally never consider doing herself. She doesn't have to be a music lover and collector of CDs herself. All she has to be is someone who appreciates the fact that another person has taken the time to amass an impressive collection and be supportive of that.

Men are also attracted to women who smile and aren't afraid to make eye contact. Always remember that men are feeling just as intimidated on the inside, generally, as women might be. Giving a welcoming smile at a guy who may have worked hard to screw up the courage to say hi - even when you're secretly expecting him to do just that - can go a long way towards attracting that man to you.

Men and women quite often talk "at" each other, instead of talking "to" one another. This is a classic verbal mistake which inevitably leads to spoken and unspoken communication errors. It can also doom a relationship before it even starts.
